The Istituto Italiano di Cultura (Italian Institute of Culture) and Chef Mario Frittoli have introduced a variety of seminars aimed at representing true Italian restaurant culture. The so-called Cultura Gastronomica is a series of classes teaching more than just cooking, it teaches a way of life, la dolce vita, an Italian phrase meaning “the sweet life.” And this is something Mario has become very familiar with throughout his travels in Italy, France, and the USA, where he made it his mission to study all the different kinds of “real” Italian cooking. Above all else, Mario values happiness in cooking an in life, and it is his desire to teach others how to cook with a zest for life and a high heart, and course how to cook delicious Italian food.
