On Monday, March 14th, Mario presents his "Marco Polo Night"; a fusion of Italian and Chinese cuisine; teaming up with Japanese Chinese chef Yoshiki Igeta. After graduating from cooking school, Chef Igeta spent two years in Sichuan and Shanghai in order to master Sichuan cuisine. The proof is in the pudding, and his track record speaks for itself, having opened successful Chinese restaurants in Yoyogi-Uehara (now relocated to Azabu Juban) as well as another in Ginza's Mitsukoshi. Chef Mario is pleased to team up with Chef Igeta to bring you a meal of historical themes, and perhaps without historical precedent.

Doors at 18:00. Price: 13,000 yen.
